Yeah I caught that after the edit timer ended on the post. The R/S actually occurred June 28, 2010.

I bet they just anticipated the R/S to be announced on the 23rd (two trading days) before it actually was. Or FINRA delayed it by a week.

The S-1 filed today is 71 pages (not counting 19 exhibits) and was probably already "in the can" so to speak way before the 23rd.
