Frank can no longer travel around the country. His time is best served building from the inside, not working on the outside if you know what I mean. This is not his expertise. Frank is a visionary and a Network builder of programming & content, not distribution. He has done an admiral job, but he is now calling on the experts to negotiate and finalize the rest of the deals on the table and the ones to be put together.

Hello Board. This is the deal so listen up. I will not give you blatant inside information, because in all honesty I am an outsider, I just have a connection here. I gave you the heads up on today's PR. This is significant to you shareholders and Q. Let's get this out of the way right away. Your Ceo has RCN and C_mc_st. The latter is still working out distribution for national coverage but should be done by the end of the month. They will test the signal starting in Washington and few other markets initially and then go national(i.e 150 markets) RCN will have Chicago & Phil. onboard by sometime in Feb. or March the latest.
Now, the GOOD news. The Rasenberger hire was a move done to get other major carriers including the Satellite Companies. Frank can no longer travel around the country. Stop spreading rumors

Whether you want to believe me or not, Q does not have a contract with Comcast. If they did indeed have a contract with Comcast and even if they were really close to signing they would not be in contact with KHCV-TV to do their broadcasting. You don't make programming deals with Small television stations if you have a contract with the big boys.

Also although Rasenberger is very good from all accounts, she has less than a 33% success rate. Out of 24 networks she has tried to launch, only 7 have made it. However I think that Q's programming quality, and the existing contract with RCN will play a big factor in our success, and so I would put Q's chances closer 80%.
