Wanderport Corp. (PINKSHEETS: WDRP) today announced that recently signed Turkish distributor Deltoid Enerji, Ltd. has transferred the sales and distribution rights for Wanderport's microwave energy tank-less water heater to sister company ESS (Energy Saving Systems) Enerji Ltd. The move is designed to better emphasize Wanderport's product among other eco-friendly high-performing energy saving products. This transfer has been signed and approved by both Wanderport and ESS management.

The new company, ESS (Energy Saving Systems) Enerji Ltd., will be working under the management of Dr. Muhyettin Sirer, General Manager at Deltoid Enerji, Ltd. and President of ESS. The company is located in Antalya, a large city in the southern region of Turkey. Strategically speaking, ESS believes it will create enormous sales demand for Wanderport's microwave energy tank-less water heating systems since this region is a central hub for hotels, holiday villages and green houses.

The ESS mission statement is to work with customers to reduce costs, decrease harmful carbon emissions and help preserve the earth for future generations. ESS boasts a very large sales network pre-existing from its sister company Deltoid Enerji, Ltd., in both Turkey and the surrounding Middle East countries. Their professional team of specialists, engineers, and technicians, assists and advises residential, commercial and industrial customers to work toward becoming carbon neutral by way of new technologies and up to date information. ESS promotes and installs its new generation energy saving products and provides after sales support and services to its clients.

"We are also in touch with several companies in all Middle East regions, including Saudi Arabia, UAE, Syria, and Azerbaijan, to further promote the microwave water heating systems. Industrial applications from building design/construction companies to textiles and large-scale vegetable and fruit greenhouse producers in Turkey's Mediterranean region are important sales channels for our company," said Dr. Muhyettin Sirer, President of ESS (Energy Saving Systems) Enerji Ltd., as well as Deltoid Enerji, Ltd.

"The Middle East is a very important and particular market that must not be overlooked. There is great demand for a product such as ours, especially when you consider the massive growth of the region which continually faces water scarcity and energy issues," stated Mr. Richard Martel, President and CEO of Wanderport.
