In my opinion Mark Swank was used as a stooge. He was reappointed and then Fastach goes into Chapter 11 and then once the dust settled he was put out to pasture. Every time someone resigns the story put out is that the resignation was amicable. Again in my opinion Mark Swank has propably has to sign a gagging order.
