Thanks, I didn't realize the fiscal year, but I think it is still late. It is already almost 120 (edit) days since year end. Nevermind, I found the rule. They don't have enough capital to require accelerated filing. It should be out soon, or they will go for the extension.

I hope they put a nice shareholder update in the filing.
