CBAI Waiting

I agree and Tom@buyins.net never did respond to me as well sent an email twice...

Here is one I sent him on the 16th of June

Tom,

I have not gotten a reply yet from my last email, but here it is. I would hate to bring in the SEC into this if I can not get any Answers here from Buyins.net...

I have been a long time investor of CBAI

There are still a few concerns when it comes to shortening of the CBAI.

Buyins.net has been with CBAI since May when this was at .0076 or around there and the trigger price was at .01. Since then this dropped about 30% in PPS because of shortening and or naked selling.

Since a couple of days ago the trigger price was moved from .01 to .0097.

This is where the concern lies if this moves further and further away from the trigger price how does Buyins.net do the job for CBAI and its investors for the reson it was hired to help.

For the last month or two there has been a ill disregard for short selling to drive the price down. The Sentiment has dropped so much and has ignored any PR to drive the stock in any direction, but down.

This target of .0097 is not a good trigger for Buyins.net to do anything to help and this was done to basically pacify CBAI and its investors, because the target is so high and the shorts do not have to worry about covering, because where it is at.

Let me know if I am missing something...

Here is another misconception that someone does not understand as well that the Trigger price has to be high for the shorts to cover themselves:

"I would think a higher short squeeze trigger would be better than a lower one. What am I missing here? My reasoning is they are further from needing to cover the higher the squeeze trigger the lower the price goes".
