Forget about DM. A good rule to follow is to simply move the decimal point for your investment one place to the left every four to six months. Takes a lot of guessing out of the equation.
You can call it an assumption if you'd like but it is a very educated guess. Look at the PR in which they said no intention of an RS for at least 120-180 days. Now review the history of DM and this stock and you will see the window of oppurtunity is a 60 day opening that is between 120-180 days from the date of that PR.
Come on man; you don't even have to look that far; it tells you in that PR depending on how you decipher it. "No intentions of an RS for 120-180 days", nothing said about beyond that; this is because they know they will have to do an RS about that time because they will be running out of shares to dump. The RS will give them a whole new batch of worthless paper. Notice they never ever reduce the A/S.
