Thanks Jest, good work, it seems we will also need to do a name change. Now in the BK filing POR they make mention they will be incorporating into Delaware. This is to avoid liability since Delaware has very liberal corporate rules. Probably why most banks are incorporated out of there.

As for the address they use the current address and change the symbol..

The symbol should match the Corporate name to a point,, Maybe we could ask for WMICQ or something to that effect..Washington Mutual Investment Corporation Q= BK stock !!
