How will you feel when the SEC settles or drops their case against the company? Will you start making excuses that the SEC is understaffed and overworked, and has bigger fish to fry?
Better dump those last 50 shares so you can take the maximum tax write-off.
I believe their case will never go to trial, as I've stated for several years. With the new captains at the helm, and their prior experience with the SEC, it seems a given this will be resolved soon.
Can't wait to read the responses here from all the non-shareholders who are hoping to get some free shares with their lawsuit. Good luck with that plan.
