Troy: My guess.... for what its worth (not much lately), is that we are somewhere between step 2 and 4. I know that there is an FPGA board. I have seen pictures of it. Unless it is a stage prop, and the company is lying about having produced it, I would have to say step 2 is complete. As for which stage of testing they are in, I will guess no more on that one.
