In a "perfect" world, MOPN could open up a Nigerian subsidiary and make hundreds of millions of dollars in that country alone.

There are only two small things in their way:

1.) The Big Oil companies who don't care about the Nigerian people or their ecosystems.

2.) The Nigerian government, who also doesn't care about either, but can use the "evil, foreign corporations" excuse to feign outrage.

Now substitute "Nigerian" with "American"... voila!
