Let's spend this weekend researching past cases where shareholders have asked the court to effect a change. What we need are concrete decisions by Judges. It would be great if we could get come third circuit cases to reference. Lets put it together in brief form and send it to Justin Nelson and Edgar Sargent of Susman and Greg Taylor of Ashby asking they proof-read add what they want and submit it to the court as a product of the EC..

We can put it front and center right here, using the legal minds on this board and digging up past submitted briefs, we could write a good 3 or 4 page brief for the EC..

Let's do it Paragraph by Paragraph until we have a good product by Sunday night.. Then we will have the Seattle boys dhand-deliver it to Susman Seattle and Ashby Delaware... Hand-delivered to the EC will get their attention..

We will need concrete info and of course we need the original appointment in Dec 2008 by THJMW of Bank of Mellon as TA...
