That makes it a tough call. If this thing ever does move, it will be on diamond news. Forget about the filing. There's no reason for them to file, it could only be bad. Additionally, if they really wanted to file, they would have already. It does not take six months to audit a company with no income. I work at a small company which does about $10 million annual sales. You know how long the audit takes? Three to five days. With no income it should take maybe 6 hours with a team of three auditors. If you're gonna stick around, I would advise picking an exit point now, and sticking to it.
