i had figured that if people stay in place, you would be at a minimum be "steady" since i believe it's lots of recurring monthly billing..was just guessing. mine is pretty slow, didnt realize i need a permit every time someone picks up a tool or has a thought,...f'king government!...and they're gonna make more in taxes, so you'd think they'd make it easier, i actually need a GM.
