This was a BioCentric (BEHL) partnership with Zenxin of China. Specifically, this partnership resulted in the formation of BioCentric Energy Algae Hong Kong Ltd (BCEA:HK).

That looks an awful lot like a publicly traded stock on the Hong Kong exchange.

Funny...not a single quote engine can find that symbol as existing or ever existing so far. I'd keep looking, but I have other fool's errands to run today.

BCEA .. reminded me of BCEI back when DF was Executive Vice President for BioCentric Energy ..

I looked back into the Financials for BEHL under Part D Management Structure and Financial Information

I don't see any mention of accomplishments during that time ..

There are many entertaining "forward looking statements" that never panned out then as well.
