Kennypooh you have a great point. If those claims were true then it would be the FIRST and ONLY algae-to-biofuels plant in the World! So the same company that puts out PR's about a mobile home in the desert, about indian tribes, about scratching a hole in the desert, about how pleased they are that the new CEO resigned - doesn't mention this amazing feat in China? Can you believe that - I certainly can't. And then if they can produce algae and algae oil commercially in China how come they haven't produced one iota of either in Santa Ana. Dennisochio?

It was reported publically, its all over the internet > do a google search.

It started back in 2008 > http://www.marketwire.com/press-release/BioCentric-Energy-Signs-Association-Agreement-With-Zenxin-China-Deliver-CO2-Reduction-911901.htm

There is one here that has some of the information > http://www.marketwire.com/press-release/Biocentric-Energy-Holdings-Negotiating-Exclusive-Manufacturing-License-With-Asian-Corporation-1024807.htm > it says...

"Company COO Mr. Dennis Shen returned from China earlier this week and confirmed the Teaming agreement with Zhenxing Co was fully executed, and the company is now able to leverage the resources in China to design and manufacture certain components for Biocentric's global operations."

Then another blup about it here > http://www.otcreporter.com/Reportdetails.asp?rptid=194

"BioCentric Energy Signs an Association Agreement With Zenxin of China to Deliver CO2 Reduction via Profitable Algae Growth to the First of Seven Steel Production Facilities in Wuhan, China

BioCentric Energy Inc. recently signed an Association Agreement with Zenxin of China. The first of many projects of this alliance is located in Wuhan, China, which is a coal fired steel generation facility emitting 40,000 tons of CO2 per year. BCEA HK will deliver CO2 reduction and profitable Algae growth for production of oil to biodiesel, and gasifying the residue to biogas to produce electricity through jet turbine generators within a closed loop solution."

Then another thing about it here > http://www.marketwire.com/press-release/BioCentric-Energy-Signs-Association-Agreement-With-Zenxin-China-Deliver-CO2-Reduction-911901.htm

A google search will turn up a lot of things > try using "Zenxin of China" as a search term. I'm pretty sure it was public :)

and another, and another, etc.....

Now, on to BCEA:HK

BCEA:HK was really funded through a chineese private equity fund called "Baring Communications Equity Asia" (notice the use of the same letters that were used in the stock ticker - catchy huh :) ), as were a lot of ventures in china with foreign companies. This was set up by a man named Peter Chan.

That was later taken over by a capital firm and after some twists and turns came under the control of 'Crest Capital Partners' eventually, a capital and private equity firm. http://www.crestcapitalasia.com/en/ is their web site, they do financining and capital for alternative energy companies and technology. They have offices now in Shanghai, China - Jakarta, Indonesia - and Singapore. They now capitalize and finance the eXenewable - renewable energy network (http://www.exenewable.com/companyProfile.asp?id=9566) with the purpose of capitalizing and financing renewable green energy technologies including .... wait for it.... algae! Ta Da! with an investment mandate especially for China.

There are a lot of twists and turns in getting to the root of it, but after getting hold of the paperwork and looking at it the trail becomes almsot obvious but there are still a lot of twists and turns. There was a web site for "BioCentric Energy Algae Hong Kong Ltd" until the middle of April but its not up any more, or at least i could not find it any more. On the site you could see the company officers and one Peter Chan was listed as an officer....what! yep, the same Peter Chan who set up the “Baring Communications Equity Asia-Pacific Pte Ltd" fund, the same one who is the Managing Partner for 'Crest Capital Partners'.

I don't know the current status of the 'project' and do not pretend to know. It may have been sold off or absorbed and recapitalized because I see a 'branch' in the paper work mentioning a beer company and a company that does fuels.

In fact, you can get hold of a lot of information if you know where to look, enough to dispute the bashers claims, and even on the Palm Springs deal which is not being represented truthfully by a certain person with a rodent sounding name. Its also amazing what you can get from various companies through certain people who works with a certain company whose name starts with the letter 'W' for example, will tell ya when they are approached by, i'll call them, "officials quietly looking for some background information."

is there any more DD research I can do for you while i'm at it?
