Regardless...........believe me, the Chinese have long since copied, replicated, re-manufactured, stolen, or otherwise made Shen/Fisher tech plans their very own!!!

You all can forget ANY progress on that front!!!!!!!!!

Since you brought up SC (South Carolina) and others who were bringing up RWE and crying about us not proceeding with them, let's just take a good look at them.
RWE seemed to have have done a lot of researce and stuff that really didn't amount to very much, but they did manage to do all of that using state grants and such. Now after spending all of that grant money let's see how much they've accomplished.

After those huge milestones they sold themselves to Aventura Equities Inc (AVNE). Now let's take a look at them...

It seems that they were on their way up when it looked like they were going to ride on our shirt tails.
Now let's just see what their standings are...

Well I'D guess those are good enough reasons for me to ditch RWE.
Good night all.

There was a system in China, just not as you know it:

The Chinese government granted land adjacent to an industrial site in Wahan, China. Algae from the project is used to generate 47 percent oil, which is extracted and sold to biodiesel producers. The remaining algae biomass is converted into biogas used to fuel microturbines and produce electricity.

This was a BioCentric (BEHL) partnership with Zenxin of China. Specifically, this partnership resulted in the formation of BioCentric Energy Algae Hong Kong Ltd (BCEA:HK).
