Telatinos Inc. Announces 4-for-1 Forward Split

MIAMI, Jan. 19, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Telatinos Inc. (Pink Sheets:TLTD), a Latin American IP-based VoIP service provider, today announced that the Company has declared a 4:1 forward split of the Company's common stock. As a result, Shareholders of Record Date to be set will receive four shares for each share held as of the close of business on an effective date to be set in February 2005.

The Company confirms that 'pre-split' there are approximately 32 million common shares issued and outstanding and post split there will be approximately 128 million shares issued and outstanding.
