They need a forward split to have more shares out. Institutions shy away from something with only 30M shares out, as it is difficult to build a significant position.

120M shares is more attractive to get some coverage after on AMEX.

I sold 20% of my position to get my cost out and will ride the free shares for some time to come. (trying not to get shaken)

I'm a believer that we may see $1 plus (pre-split) on this one..
