17 should hold...I loaded back up here and have been waiting for 17's again since the last dip. We should see a trade range btwn 17-21 for a few days leading up to possible PR. Nobody is really bailing. Day traders out and strong hands picking them up. We saw this trend 2x before at the lower resistance points.
