wrong, when JD and insiders held there 300m+ shares their entire focus was on this message board.. ask anyone of a dozen or so posters who called JD and who JD called on a daily basis during both the run to .0385 and the crash to .0004, they will tell you JD was (and still is) obsessed with reading and commenting on things posted here..

even today he continues to call posters and discuss certain individuals that frequent this and other boards..

had JD not had the blind support of barely a handful of naive faithfuls this disaster may have been averted..

so now you're sitting with a multi-billion share diluted pig not knowing where and when their next buck will come aside from more massive dilution..

it's all about integrity, honesty and accountability.. when JD decided he was holier than god and would damn well do what he pleased regardless of how it would screw his faithful shareholders... well, it's those same faithfuls that are suffering the consequences of one man's actions..

how could this possibly change until he clears up the issues with TDA and starts full transparency he committed and promised so many for so long.. it's my opinion if he had the goods his faithfuls would never be in this mess..

is this stock EXPH a scam I ask?

Prime example of your observation from above, how do you know the company is a "scam", the ex ceo is a scam and again the company is loosing money!

Because I can read their filings, understand why companies dilute, and I have a brain.
