Apparently, that's exactly what Bob did concerning Mindoro. In the end, they didn't have the "rights" to the drilling or whatever. Can't remember exactly what it was, but for sure, they didn't have what they claimed to have all along. The millions upon millions in revenue that they wuz gonna make, ended up a total and complete ZERO. Someone with a better memory, help me here with the details. That's just the facts, pal.
