The shareholder newsletter states that CWRN owns Guadalupe and Tepustete iron deposits. Nowhere in the provided by you document is it claimed that someone else owns those deposits. Yes, the document does state that Navial has some significant mining claims in the area, but that does not prove anything.

Either way, knowing how careful Bob is, do you think he would keep publicly posting fraudulent possession claims over and over again? It seems fairly obvious that the company does own the deposits, whether they will utilize them, and when, is another question.
