It's been said that Genocho has given PL schematics for bioharp. If (when) Xtend wins I believe Genocho will be right here with us & Extend to bring Bioharp forward.
I am thinking the same thing. The judge gives XMDC the patents and we are right back where we were last December. Only short two Korean employees. Sounds good to me. I am sure Paul can make the device without Lee or we would not even be in court. We should be fine.
