Hank, what on Earth do you mean? There are ONLY 16,000,000 Shares Outstanding! Overhang? Dilution? WHAT??

Sure, if there were say, 16,000,000,000 BILLION Shares, sure, I could certainly get your drift.

We are talking about a small, tightly-run company dedicated to Shareholder enrichment with only 16 Million Shares! So, in context of that, I have no idea as to the significance and gravity of your concern.

Sorry, NOTHING PERSONAL. I just am becoming weary of these Boards.
