Obviously we need to trust that the board knows what they are doing--they need to be sure to put someone in charge with the integrity Paul brought to the company as well as the easy access. I never had a hard time getting hold of him when I called the company. You have to wonder why the pr did not come out this morning since the news has been leaking out all day today anyway.
Obviously a bump in the road but still love what this company is all about and the numbers they continue to put up quarter after quarter speak for themselves. I do wish Paul all the best--we need more men like him with a heart to help hurting people!!!!
Because of what the shareolder's voted on..which direction the company wants to go now is in their hands..they can either restrict their dividends and pump more $$ in the company, or maintain the status quo..which means dividends would be paid soon..the board probably felt that Paul should have worked this out with them before calling this vote..it makes sense because they deferred dividends already, and they have a $4 million stake in the game
