Actually Rickszy they were probably doing that exact thing before Rosen's "LIE" caused them to lose the thread for the stockings. Now they are just sitting on the sidelines waiting for the PPS to go above a certain number (most likely .22) First Leg.. .26 second leg .32 3rd leg.. then after that it is on to .44 and beyond.. Some might be waiting for .44 to jump in..
