Doc #105 basically says what intel2, Sleep, and some others of us have been saying since JB filed his declaration. It has been obvious that the low valuations proposed by management had the potential to come back and bite us all in the "keester." Management attempts to set themselves up for the big payday have always had the potential to backfire so nothing has changed with the filing of Doc #105. It's just more out in the open now. Doc #105 succinctly says what we have been thinking. Good "lawyering" on the part of NS attorney's.

Shareholders still need to concentrate on what it takes to raise the valuations in the mind of the judge. If that can be done Hope Lives!

BTW the reason NS wants the property back is because they know it has value way beyond what management has projected (why go to all that trouble for a worthless property). NS would probably also like to see CPRK go into liquidation so that they can make a play for more of the properties.

Note also that the Nevada Star properties are only a small portion of the WUCC holdings. They happen to be the properties that have the most recent information available (re: the Hatch Report & mill site) but they are only a small part.

I guess we will know soon enough if the judge buys PN's argument. Hopefully the DIP will be approved tomorrow.
