Now i can see why Dotson pressed forward the project without funding. All along, i have been puzzled why he insisted on building the mill and half-as sing the entire project. It was because the idiot backed himself into a corner with an agreement he made 6 years earlier without funding. HE HAD to pretend there was some production by November 1, 2008 so that Nevada Star would exercise their right to seize the property back.

Total buffoonery !! If this wasn't disclosed to you equity buyers, I would sue the piss out of him.
