They'll get them at the very last second - IMO

Rosen is just forced to play better with us now since we have a strong hand. Now, IF we see any filings from S&G on the 30th or July 1st - then the new Ch 11 plan is not working out the way Mr. Susman likes it. It was nice to finally NOT hear Rosen saying equity is out of the money for once.

I don't know about the Meet and Confer schedule but I know the EC needs all the pertinent docs by June 30th or Rosen is toast.
