it doesn't mean it was right, what was the value of the license? how was it valued? was the deal made at arms length? was the sale based on full and open competition? The Trustee can rescind this or an appeal should be filed....isn't it a little strange to anyone that AesRx has received 2 grants from NIH to forward 5HMF thru clinical trials, this in less than 1/2 a year from when the sale was finalized by the court, XeChem could have received the grant money even under BK protection and could have used it to forward its reorganization business plan (which they still don't have), the sale of 5HMF was a sub rosa plan, it is a very shady deal to say the least and there are avenues to get 5HMF back, someone just has to want to do it.....the problem is that nobody involved with this company.....and i mean NOBODY, excluding a few shareholders, wants that to happen

so the judge decided that $325,000 at the time was the best the company was going to do and he allowed it...

And that paid for how many of Swifts monthy draws?
