The company is not even registered in the state of California. I had to serve the secretary of state in order to sue Lewis for fraud, civilly. The board members are probably bag dealers as well.
If your looking for answers do the following:
1. Verbally complain or send a letter or email to Lewis with you complaint.
2. Send one to the SEC with a copy of your original statement to Lewis.
3. The company will then turn into a shell get sold and hopefully a real company will take over.
this thing is on the verge of a major rev split. It the only thing I can think of that will get this stock higher to allow Lewis and his promoters to sell more stock in the open market!!!!
