The chicago people need to speak up. They apparently have a hand picked guy on the board as, at least once upon a time, they owned the largest block of stock. My guess is the guy is in way over his head but common sense should tell him the board is culpable, not just Lewis. If I were him I would resign before leaving the country. Then again maybe he has resigned and we have not been told.
