Your speculation is Pie in the Sky speculation. What is the point?

One of the companies that I heard of had their website go down and when it came back it had an announcement of some other company acquiring it....they even had re-directing links to the other company (if I remember right).
Since IDCC's site isn't pulling up for couple of days....I just would like to speculate that something significant (not necessarily a buyout) could be happening
