I agree with you that a broad mission can be detrimental to any company, but particularly an early stage growth business such as ALIF with its relatively limited resources.
Again, ALIF currently states "Our current core business is to develop, market, distribute, and sell leading-edge mobile applications and technologies for the latest 3 rd and 4 th generation (3G and 4G) wireless telecommunications devices and mobile (smart-) phones."
