I don't see anything wrong with their mission statement. Although, I don't see Green Cortex fitting completely into that mission statement.
"At Green Cortex our mission is to minimize the carbon footprint and energy consumption globally through our broad spectrum of green IT products and services. We are committed to penetrate the green IT markets ranging from domestic home usage to large scale industrial systems. Our current product catalogue includes mobile and web software apps, augmented reality technology, and artificial intelligence based safety and optimization systems."
What is the green IT market? How are they going to penetrate the green IT market with mobile apps? What are web software apps? Will they perform on wireless devices (described in the mission statement)? If so, how will they be able to perform functions such as artificial intelligence with their limited processing capabilities? Finally, how big is the green IT market? How exactly will they generate revenue?
There are thousands of penny stock companies claiming to have global solutions for just about every problem under the sun. In my experience, these companies are either too ambitious when considering their limited resources and experience, or they are flat out scams. I believe Green Cortex falls into the former.
