I concur - "Ken was there & was only honest & forthcoming about Sunray" - I was IDCN long then too. All this bitter talk about the SEC and so on! My goodness, no one long this stock even at .003 would be posting that rubbish if he wants to see his investment back. Not that there is likely to be any traction with them, but the badmouthing destructive - maybe intentionally so and not by longs at all.
I am certain the board will lighten up on Ken now. Even I think he's had enough. But...it proves the release of that email was definitely the wrong way to go. It was bound to evoke further questions either through public post, private message or both. We all know what happened after that.
I actually believe Ken may have misunderstood or exceeded the scope of his authority with the email. It said "you may tell people". What it did not say was which people and it certainly did not say you may tell a message board.
IDCN deserves a chance to find its feet and rally back. But...with that email still very much in the minds of many investors there's little margin for error now. Nothing other than the best will do here on out.
IF there really is the potential for a buyout, given the climate in the stock markets today, then I'm SURE that both companies are being exceptionally quiet about it for a good reason.
