Which certainly begs the questions, "Why would the CEO of one of those companies authorize the company investment relations officer to disclose that information in any manner?"

When I read the posting, knowing the repercussions of leaking this information prematurely, I jumped to the conclusion that the CEO of IDCN would be well aware of the legal implications of handling this the wrong way, and therefore it was in fact a done deal and at a point where it can be openly discussed. That is my personal reason for expected an announcement very shortly after that exchange of postings.

At this point I feel that my conclusion was reached more as a factor of my naïveté regarding the handling of such situations by owners of Pink Sheet companies.

Sorry, my last post got away from me!! :) ABSOLUTELY AGREE. between that & the Bele financing, I am sure that is why revenue has not been disclosed, yet. I wish everyone would realize that the company did shift paths & is doing a 360 with this Bele deal which will, obviously, be their biggest venture. One step back to make 6 steps forward would obviously benefit all.
