we do service clients in china on ores as fe, mn, cr and others. signed several contracts with nymet on large quantities with origins brazil, peru, chile. contracts got changed numerous times, specs on materials changed as well as volumes - a the end nothing was ever supplied.
nymet created severe interference with our large customers, but even never any explanation nor excuse on the mess they have created. if anybody has interest to gather infos for legal actions, pls send me a note.
