report them to the SEC... we signed contracts with them to supply large tonnages of raw material from S America, wasted months negotiating and putting the deal together. Result... NOTHING loaded, not one container ! All talk and no ability to perform. Also tried to get a deposit from us, which fortunately we did not provide !
