And, ACLH can submit all the paperwork and files to the SEC it wants to. The SEC is not going to apologize for suspending trading and admitting they made a mistake, if they did. Even if the SEC did say, "oops, we were wrong", the damage has been done and this might never recover.
shut down = poor choice of worlds. I'm well and aware that they were able to continue doing business not related to stock (not related to me unless they got a contract :) ). when i used the words "shut down" i meant their trading was shut down. not the company but i can see how it read after i submitted it.
