you think the SEC would let that happen but they shut them down for false press releases?
The SEC didn't "shut down" any company operations--they suspended trading in the stock. The company was *and* is fully able to go about its business, securing contracts, manufacturing product(s)...whatever it is that a given company does, including communicating with shareholders in a timely and meaningful manner.
