Sorbent will not regrow the coastal marsh. Nothing will. The grass is the only thing keeping the land in place - once dead the ocean reclaims the soil. That soil is from the MS River floodplains and cannot be replaced since the levees were built a century ago.
I would think an Environmental Solutions company would understand that and get there product down here immediately. I'm familiar with other boom suppliers that shipped their entire inventories down here without it even being ordered first. They were first in line for payment because their product was already here.
BP allegedly ordered MOPN's boom at least two weeks ago, yet it hasn't arrived.
