I dont think anybody is going to make rig moving decisions of any kind on the timetable this guy believes. After the shutdown in August CNN will move on......how much have you heard about Haiti lately? In Sept we get some sort of accurate view of BPs exposure....which IMO will be less than the WAGs being tossed around today. I would write the overpriced puts and buy calls with the money
