The $64000 question then becomes... How is Rosen able to be so blatant about it w/o so much as a sideways glance from the judge for this long? The implied conflict of interest should be enough for he and his firm to be removed from the case. Something must be in place that we are not priviledged to know about that lets him get away with it.

Great rramirez...than you on behalf of my family. One thing we can all agree on...the amount of fraudulent and criminal intent here is beyond comprehension. I would love to see swift justice now and an examiner appt tomorrow.

It would go a long ways in reinstilling my belief in our court system.
