How do you figure that shares cancelled equates to you getting paid? Paid from where? Currently the company doesn't trade, so the share price can't rise. The best you can hope for is a smaller reverse split. Then what? You have a company that does what exactly? Sues people? Does that make for a valuable company? I think Frizzy will get paid. I think West will get paid. I envision salaries and a new company with tons of shareholders and no direction. You think any of the guys currently in place have mining backgrounds? Perhaps they can hire back Melvin.
There was NO STING! CMKX was set up as a scam from the start. Why do think many of us knew it was a scam before the majority of shareholders ever heard of CMKX? Why do think we have been waiting all these years for the DOJ to hand down indictments on the very same people we have been ranting about being crooks for so long?
Way before most ever heard of CMKX Ed Thompson a.k.a. Surfit, would use weekend aliases to spam CMKX on various message boards, including RB's SUGG board because that board drew attention from many RB posters. He would write that CMKX was going to "TAKE OFF LIKE A ROCKET" because of the huge naked short squeeze that was "COMMING" (sp).
That was what they hired Ed to do, entice penny stock investors to buy into their scams with exaggerated claims of a huge NSS and THEN they would release false PRs. THAT was the model, THAT was the formula. It happen many times on different stocks.
Why do think the DOJ mentions Urban's claims about naked shorting in the indictment? It was part of the fraud they will nail him on. If he tries to pull a Ken Lay and start blaming his crime on short sellers, watch what they do! lol
