Because 2M of the shares, per the Q3 report, were returned to GTEL from the escrow agent (i.e., from Sanswire), and GTEL then issued those shares to Vern.

What I wonder is what is the story with the issuance of the remaining 26M to Sanswire shareholders...

Also, Breda, you state you spoke with the GTEL guys for a while...what did they have to say??? Surely, SOMETHING was said by them of relevance???
