LOL. The stock market in general has no instrinsic value. It's all paper. That is how it works. We are not trading gold bars to each other on the market.

Like I said, you may want to do some research on the US stock markets.

Agree:

"A warrant only has value when it has a strike higher than the current share price at the time the warrant is issued."

So Newby's strikes are .25 & .50, allegedly.

Newby has seen the acqui's and business plan.

Do you think Newby believes these strike points won't be financially beneficial in the future?
