This was damage control, the company is in trouble and has no cash, the future is not looking so good. I hate to say it because I had high hopes, but we mat be headed sub-pennyland now.

Any real investor already knew about what this PR was saying, selling on the Kubby news was just silly imo. Gvae the chance for more shorting to occur, nothing more really. Nothing bad has happened, if anything I'm glad Kubby no longer owns any CBIS stock. I doubt this PR would do much for the share price, people are looking for updates on acquistions, fda process, or revenues from current operations or private investors. I still think a PR with substance will be coming soon. GL longs.
