What makes you say the company is in trouble? This was not so much damage control as defending themselves against slanderous statements that are illegal. Wouldn't be suprised if they didn't get some cash from Mr. Kubby for these comments imo. If anything this should be making a reversal soon. Does no one understand that they own two revenue generating operations now, and are also beginning to turn heads in the investment community for funding???
